Think about it. Who do you turn to when you need the very best local news, weather and sports information? Is it YouTube? Nope. Is it MSN? Nope. Is it your local broadcaster? Yep. People with names you know, the anchors and reporters of your local station. Local experts. People you trust.

So what if they all one day banded together and took over the web? I know, that seems like a stretch. Today many local stations use companies to help them build their websites. And quite frankly, many of those sites are hard to look at let alone use. This will soon be a thing of the past. Those websites, some good, some bad, some really bad, may not go away overnight, but they will spawn companion websites. Think of those websites as mini-cable companies.

Our TitanCast player is free to all network members and can be embedded into your website and totally branded as a standalone player.  In addition to uploading your own content and making it searchable across the TitanCast network, here’s what we provide:

Station upload tool – Using MediaStar OnDemand you can inject content into the TitanCast network with very little effort. This content then becomes searchable across the TitanCast network and across the web.  You’ll make money on viewers regardless of the market they are in.

Viewer upload tool – Community-generated content is hot. Why let Google or YouTube swoop in and swipe your viewers?  In very much the same way you recruit “Weather Spotters,” the TitanCast viewer upload tool makes it easy for you to interact with and collect content from your viewers. That content then becomes searchable across the TitanCast network and the web.

Video search –Search is considered the Holy Grail of video on the web. Put it to use on your website so when a viewer is searching for anything—shows, sports highlights, breaking news, anything—they will do it from your website. Keep the viewer in your world!
